Terrior: Judean foothills. Alluvial clay mixed
with limestone.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel
tank then aged Sur lie for about six months
in neutral 500L Burgundy oak barrels.
Lewinsohn’s rosè do not undergo malolactic
fermentation in order to maintain its
naturally high acidity and balance.
Tasting Notes: An elegant and aromatic
rosè, its nose exhibits strawberry, peach,
floral notes and minerality.
The palate follows through with
well-balanced acidity and a generously long
finish showing off forest berries and a touch
of vanilla.
