Lewinsohn’s white wines do not undergo
malolactic fermentation in order to maintain
their naturally high acidity and balance.
Tasting Notes: An elegant Chardonnay, its
nose exhibits stone fruit, floral notes, peach,
minerality and a luxurious sea breeze and
hazelnuts.
The palate follows through with
well-balanced acidity alongside high
concentration and a generously long finish
showing off citrus fruit and white flowers.
This wine is approachable and enjoyable.
